1. Our Southern Lake Champlain location in Clemons, NY 12819 offers many camping options. From Park Model, to tent camping in the woods while hiking at our Southeastern ADK location. Many with Awesome views of Southern Lake Champlain.
When you add the Private boat launch "Ottenburgh's Ramp", as shown on Lake Champlain, South nautical maps. You have an awesome combination. You can be out on the water in no time. "Ottenburgh's Ramp" brings you out west of Maple Bend Island, between Buoys 18 & 22.
Delorme's New York map shows our launch as a trailer accessible launch.
2. Our rustic cottage on Lake Groton, Groton, VT 05046 offers some great views of the lake. Currently there are no facilities at this location, but there are modern facilities available at a nearby Vermont State Campground only 1/2 mile away.
3. Our final location is just off Route 302 in Barre Town, VT 05641. You may pitch a tent, or make arrangements to use your camper or park model at our location overlooking the Honey Brook.
***Our camping options require membership in our Private Camping Club.
Members of our club work together for the benefit of the group. Dues collected as part of club membership are for the payment of property tax, insurance and other related expenses.
